Master Cleanse Day 3: Update from Bozeman, Montana

WARNING: there is a lot of “jello cam” effect from the action cam sitting on the dash. It was a bumpy Montana road, and couldn’t be avoided. Hope you can enjoy the show anyway! Lots of great stuff: wildlife, poops, dreams, Dr. Wayne Dyer, and more!

  1. Thanks for this honest post about your cleanse! I’ve never really committed to anything like that and I’ve often wondered what it would ‘feel’ like. I have no doubt that everything you’re going through is all connected. It has long been known that our digestion is an indicator of our energy and emotions, not just what we’re putting in our mouths.

Keep trucking, Marissa! You’re already doing the right thing by just hitting the road again. 🙂

Aww, thanks for the positive mojo, Meghan! You are so right about the digestion being connected to the emotions. After all that’s gone on, I’m ready to press the “restart” button on just about everything in my life. Again.

The road feels good, but also tiresome without any food… 🙂 I’m unsure going back to Chicago is the right thing, but it’s what the plan was a few weeks ago, so I’m sticking to it. We’ll see what results!

      When is your next adventure?

  2. So, I’m sitting in an empty bus station in La Crosse, Wisconsin, and thought I’d see what you were up to. As usual, you are leading an inspirational life full of curious adventure and I really admire the hell out of you.

I’ve just spent the last few days attending MOSES, North America’s largest organic farming conference – it was both overwhelming and inspiring. Right up our alley!

I’m hoping that one day our paths will cross and we can catch up over a beer. SOMEDAY! Keep on, keeping on, girlie.

Thanks so much for getting in touch! Your words mean so much, lady! Your break away to live your dream years before me was a _huge_ inspiration. I can’t tell you how in awe I am of where you are with your writing career.

That conference sounds way cool, and if I had known about it, I would have gone. Shucks, dear! I’ll be in the Midwest for at least 6 more months. Next time you are in this neck of the woods, look me up. Same for when I’m in Denver.

Hugs to you & your awesome adventurous spirit!!

Love love love this whole idea. Following along on your adventures, watching and reading what’s honest and true from your heart. I believe with each passing day you are becoming stronger thru each healing process (whether its thru cleanses, dreams that make you aware of what’s going on inside or just getting out into the world). You are a special woman and you DO deserve good things that ARE possible. Grasp onto the possibilities with a tenacity that makes it all come true (after all, this project began as just a mere idea one day and has worked itself into fruition). You are definitely capable of making and obtaining great things!! Thanks for your heart as always, will follow you on this adventure for sure!

Miss CheHae! Thanks so much for taking time to comment. Your words are so sweet & kind. After the cleanse my belly had major fallout. That’s why it took me so long to reply to you. Reading your encouragement is helping me to keep going through a tough physical experience. I’ve _definitely_ learned from this! This too shall pass, and it with this new knowledge I can maintain better health.

Thank _you_ for matching my heart energy! It means so much. Love to you & your family.
