“Refresh & Renew” Yoga
Did your week start off on the wrong foot? Or is your week just ending, and you need to “recharge your batteries”?

This class emphasizes prana (breath) throughout the asana (pose) practice, and balances strength building with stretching and relaxing.

A typical class will start with warm-up poses and activities to sync the breath and body movement. Then some sun salutations, standing, seated, or inverted poses, with a concentration of the breath throughout. The class ends with poses encouraging stretching and space to your joints, allowing your nervous system to relax.

This class is open to all levels.

“Power” Yoga
Is something in your life feeling stuck? Is there some new thing you want to bring into your life?

Power yoga can help. This set series of poses guides a student through all areas of their body, both strengthening and creating space at the same time. Heat is generated from sun salutations, and continued on with a series of standing poses, balancing poses, backbends, inversions, core strengthening, and finally some relaxing poses.

Power Yoga has been used by professional athletes, dancers, and regular folks alike. It’s “power” comes from the intense vinyasa in-between each pose series, and also it blasts transformative powerful energy through your body.

This class is open to all levels. Modifications are available for all the poses. This is a rigorous flow class where you are guaranteed to sweat! The series is highly detoxing, and will strengthen you & build your flexibility.
